You can activate it by logging as administrator. Please follow these steps:

1.After login, Go to Plugins(below appearance link).

2.Activate “Another Wordpress Classifieds Plugin” by clicking “Activate” link below the plugin title.

3. Once activated, you can change as per your requirements by clicking “Classifieds” link on the left hand side.
